Course Duration: 6-8hrs
Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced (Not for Beginners)
Physical Requirements: High-intensity physical activity and problem-solving under stress.
1. Introduction & Safety Briefing (30 minutes)
• Overview: Course objectives, schedule, and expectations.
• Safety Protocols: Range safety, firearm handling, and medical emergency procedures.
2. Stop the Bleed Certification (2-2.5 hours)
• Learning Objectives:
• Identify life-threatening bleeding.
• Techniques for using tourniquets, wound packing, and pressure dressings.
• Practical Application:
• Hands-on practice with tourniquets and wound care materials.
• Certification test to ensure proficiency.
3. Basic Pistol Warm-Up Drills (45 minutes)
• Drills Include:
• Fundamentals of grip, stance, and trigger control.
• Reloading drills and malfunction clearing.
• Focus on speed and accuracy under controlled conditions.
